Intro

Platform for sustainable products and technologies

We are developing a platform for sustainable products and technologies to support the circular economy and help achieve net zero goals.

The movements focused on climate change, ESG, and sustainability have evolved significantly in the past few years, transforming from a nice-to-have topic to a serious one. The climate is changing swiftly, and the coming decades will vastly differ from the ones before.

Nevertheless, we view this as an opportunity to create a positive future for nature.

We create building materials from industry waste using patented nano-curing technology.

What we do

Nano-curing technology

Our technology enables the processing a large amount of solid waste generated in different industries by polycrystalline packaging and solidification to form unburned bricks, porous bricks, bank and slope protection, landscape decoration, artificial stone, roadbeds, and other building materials.

  • with extreme curing range, high strength, good sealing, low dissolution rate

  • Suitable for oil wastewater, oil mud, refinery industry, solid waste, microbial technology, mining etc.

  • developed by Qingdao Tianyuan Weiye Thermal Insulation and Waterproof Engineering Co. in cooperation with China University of Petroleum, Ocean University of China, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, North Carolina State University, and other renowned partners

This technology uses chemical bonds and van der Waals forces to solidify industrial solid waste at the molecular level.

How it works

Heavy metals in pollutants enter the crystallization and solidify in the form of chemical bonds.

  • Substances such as oil and other organic matter that do not participate in crystallization are wrapped in crystals, and the crystals are bound together by van der Waals forces. Together, the curing performance is stable.

  • Technical principles

  • Heavy metals participate in the crystallization, through the way of chemical bonds to eliminate heavy metal pollution

  • The crystals are held together by Johannes Diderik van der Waals forces to form a whole. Organic matter, such as oil, does not participate in the crystallization and is wrapped by a crystalline grid to solidify.
